_{it feels really weird having a computer again. i survived without it for several weeks and am now in touch with humanity again! how exciting.

let's see....i've been chilling at home, drawing, seeing the acupuncture docter for my atopic dermatitis, hanging out with friends....so summer's going along pretty nicely. i got fat due to the many grad parties and the bad habit of not exercising and sleeping at awkward hours. i already gained the freshman 15 and i haven't even started school yet!

i'm really excited for art school - excited and a little scared at the same time. There were all sorts of people at orientation but i didn't really closely befriend a lot of people because most of them were awkward ( and there were no cute guys either!! ) . but that's okay. i'm hoping to officially meet more cool people when i actually start school. i'm also hoping that my dad will get me pepper spray or maybe a stun gun. i'm telling you, the city is no place for a suburban girl. Richmond is pretty shady and really hella scary at night. so there's no way i'm going anywhere by myself. i'm planning on going everywhere with a gay guy art major friend on each arm or something like that.

i've actually been doing a lot of drawing...some in sketchbooks and some on legit paper. so i'll try to upload them soon. i hope your summer is going well too, or if not, getting better.}

You can actually get pepper spray keychains.

And I didn't meet anyone interesting at orientation either. I just sort of hid off to the side.

can't have pepper spray in johnson.. DUN DUN DUNN. well, just make sure you don't get caught.

make sure the gay guys you walk around with are the kind that work out and are redic. strong, not the kind who wear girl jeans and lipgloss. They are better for ass-kicking

but I am pretty excited. gonna be DA BOMB!!!

It's always nice getting away from technology for a while. I'm excited for you to be going to VCU

. You'll meet people once you get there. Orientation is just a small portion of the student body and that's only the freshmen student body.

i think i was expecting too much since orientation is the first big step into colegio. i thought that i would run into the awesome people right off the bat. buuuut i guess that can wait til' late august.

It went pretty well. It was cool being around people I've never seen before and I met some potential friends. It was a good experience. And I think my schedule looks pretty good.

We definitely need to make some hanging out plans because I go to NC on the 13th. I also got the postcard from your zazzle store to put up in my dorm.
